Brand New Factory Sealed in Original Plastic Bag. As you can see in the photos the O-rings need replaced if you choose to open the baggie.

The T-bar will also need replaced as the hook part on top is broke. The clear plastic baggie has just some light fog meaning it is not 100% crystal clear. There are no cracks, visible stress lines, finger cracks/chips on the figure that I see. I did my best to take pictures of all the joints but its hard to see through the baggie.
