McFarlane Toys Freddy Krueger - A Nightmare on Elm Street Movie Maniacs.... It is an 18 inch Freddy Krueger figurine. The right arm is detached but easily can be fixed.

The blades coming out of his hand is all still attached as well , as seen in the pictures. Everything else on the figurine is in mint condition! Sensor activated sound still works.
