Listing is for a New in Box, unused, unopened LEGO Creator Expert City Town Hall 10224. This is a Hard to Find, Retired set. The seals are in place and secure. There is one small scuff mark on the front of the box as shown in the photo. No other creases, dents, holes or other damage.
Edges are in nice condition. May have minimal to minor shelf wear, mostly at corners... However most corners are very nice with only a couple having some roughness.
