Here is a Rare Carded Cobra Dreadnok, Torch. He comes mint on a sealed card. These are getting very hard to find.

The card is in great shape for being nearly forty years old. There is some minor storage/shelf wear. A price sticker with the price blacked out and a few veins are the only issues that I can see.

The figure looks great with an intact o-ring and no stress fractures. This would be an amazing and rare carded figure to add to your GI Joe collection. Enlarge the images for it is the actual item you will receive. Thanks for taking the time to look at my items.
